The Vice-Ministry of Water and Basic Sanitation is in charge of promoting sustainable development through the formulation and adoption of policies, programs, projects, and regulations for the population’s access to drinking water and basic sanitation. Our consultancy obtained the following achievements:
Identification of promoters and detractors of the implementation of public policy in 6 specific subject-matters, which was obtained from participatory diagnoses in rural and urban areas with technical personnel, service providers, and the community.
Roadmap to influence behavior change and the positive implementation of the policy in rural areas based on the design of a communications plan and relationship with the involvement of key actors in the territory, translation of technical content, and construction of digital communication pieces, and audiovisual and infographics, which were tested with the actors to whom they were addressed.
