Many times, the decision maker is faced with large reports that provide biased data without cross analysis on the historical discourse of a population group, the political and social situation, and the media agenda.

So, what does a decision maker need? Analyzed information, and data and evidence that allow him/her to act or not at several times: planning, execution, and review.
