Design and production of events
It is a setting for meeting and promoting the construction of peace and development in 24 regions of Colombia through the coordination and articulation of Regional Programs for Development and Peace (PDP) that work in these areas of the country. Its action promotes the construction of an inclusive, equitable country, respectful of diversity, guarantor of human rights and caretaker of natural resources, from the territories.
IG carried out a consultancy that obtained the following achievements:
Compilation of success stories and identification of visibility opportunities according to the environment of the country agenda, which was built through analysis of trends in the country, qualitative and quantitative diagnoses, collection and analysis of material, design of a strategy that focused on the construction and appropriation of a single discourse; knowledge management, and campaigns that would make visible the articulated work.
Positioning of the National Network of Regional Development and Peace Programs (and its members) as a relevant actor in matters of building territorial peace, thus responding to the challenges imposed by the country’s situation based on the construction of thematic committees with an agenda before external actors, media actions, and strengthening of spokespersons.
Articulation within the Network based on pedagogical actions for the proper appropriation of roles and duties; accompaniment and advising to the leaders of the Network, and construction of graphic pieces with success stories.
